We take great pleasure in informing You that from now on our Auctions will be held on Monday and Tuesday afternoons at 12.
VIEWING
Ten day viewing are held before each auction. Catalogues are available for each auction at the show room. The items are also depicted on Internet.

ESTIMATED PRICE
Our internal experts give every item an estimated price. The estimates shown in catalogues are based on market appraisals, and are given merely as a guide to prospective buyers. The price which lots ultimately fetch may be well above - or well below - the estimates as shown.

BIDDING / ABSENTEE BIDS
The bidding takes place in the premises of Lilla Bukowskis, where the bids are indicated with a paddle. Written bids can be made during the viewing days, Lilla Bukowskis accepts bidding instructions on production of proof of identity. Customers can also sign and fax bidding instructions; they can also be entered via the customer terminal at Lilla Bukowskis, by using your customer card and PIN code, or they can be made via the Internet at www.lillabukowskis.com.

All bidding instructions will be treated in confidence. Bukowskis customer services department will bid on customers’ behalf as advantageously as possible. Lilla Bukowskis also offers the service of telephone bidding. Please note that Lilla Bukowskis customer services department must have the absentee bids not later than 4 PM the day before the auction. Lilla Bukowskis will notify bidders as soon as possible after the auction if their bid was successful.

BUYER'S RISK
The buyer is responsible for examining the items condition. The catalogue text is meant as a short description and is in not a complete statement.
Conditions of Sale

PAYMENT AND COLLECTION
Payment can be made directly to a Bukowskis cashier or via Bukowskis bank or postal giro, or by crediting our bank account. Payment must be made within ten working days of the date of auction. Once purchased, lots must be collected within ten working days, any items not collected will be subjected to a storage charge of SEK 30 per item and day plus VAT. Payment can be made at Arenalsgatan 4. Bought items can be collected within five working days of the date of the auction, at Arsenalsgatan 2, Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm. Thereafter the lots will be transferred to Lilla Bukowski´s WareHouse at: Jakobsdalsvägen 17, Aspudden.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
Lots are subjected to a buyer's premium of 20% (16% + VAT) on the hammer price. Plus a hammer fee of SEK 40 (SEK 32 + VAT). Droit de Suite of 5% of the hammered price, up until 70 years of the artists death.
